Hello!

Hi! I just happened to come across my old livejournal that I wrote in during middle school and some of high school. As embarrassing and stupid the entries were, reading through them made me miss blogging. And being in college now is makes my life pretty interesting, so why not start it up again? I'm not much of a writer anymore, but I thought if I'm not feeling giving a long update, maybe I'll just put up a photo for your enjoyment, since taking pictures is what I love to do. But before I post some pictures, I'll explain a bit that's going on. I'm in the middle of my sophomore year at UNC Asheville, and still loving. Tomorrow I leave for home, which is Charlotte, so I can spend Thanksgiving with my family. I'm really looking forward to it. I am in need of a good long break. This is the time of year where everyone is mentally done with the semester and due dates are stacked on top of each other. One due date I had last Thursday was a 3D design project. The assignment was to build a chair that would fit into a box that has an 8 inch volume. We could use anything we wanted. I was a bit lazy, and hungry, so I chose breakfast food. It surprisingly ended up better than I thought it would. Here it is:

I'm hoping for at least a B+. My professor really liked the creativity I had. But by the time I presented the pancakes were so stale they were rock solid.

I don't want to leave you with just a chair made of food so here's another photo:

This is my Uncle Warren and his girlfriend a couple years ago at a family reunion. He passed away not long ago, but this still remains one of my favorite and cherished photos I've taken.

  1. Love both pics! The chair is quite creative, and the pic of your uncle - very sweet.
